Beginner Reborn 16 and Under

Eligibility: Artists in this category should demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the reborning process. This category is aimed at reborns depicting children aged 16 and under.

Judging Criteria:

• Skin Tone: Mottling should be clearly visible and applied in a natural manner.

• Veining: Veins must be present and clearly evident, contributing to a realistic appearance.

• Eyebrows: Eyebrows must be painted with attention to detail, reflecting natural growth patterns.

• Hair: Hair may be rooted, painted, or the doll may be bald. If rooted, it should follow a natural pattern; if painted, it should reflect realistic hair textures.

• Eyelashes: Eyelashes must be either rooted or applied, adding to the doll's realism.

• Creases: Creases must be well-blended, contributing to a lifelike appearance without visible paint pooling.

• Blushing: Blushing must be applied and blended smoothly, enhancing the doll’s realistic look.

• Nails: Nails should be tipped and sealed appropriately, reflecting natural nail color and texture.

• Overall Aesthetic: The finished doll should have strong visual appeal and presentation.

• Craftsmanship: Quality and execution of reborning techniques should be evident, reflecting a solid understanding of the process.

Adherence to Rules: Ensure all contest rules are followed and completed.
