• Please provide your registered email address (printed or on your phone)
• You will receive:
• Your tickets
• Wristbands
• Goodie Bag (if applicable)
• Any other necessary event items
⏰ Ticket Pickup Times
VIP Ticket Pickup
• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Location: Front Desk
• Requirement: Bring your email confirmation (printed or digital)
Regular Ticket Pickup
• Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Front Desk
• Requirement: Bring your email confirmation (printed or digital)

• Tickets will ONLY be available during the specified pickup hours
• Please make sure to collect your tickets within the designated times
• After 5:00 PM, tickets will no longer be available for pickup at the Front Desk
• Please ensure your email confirmation is ready when you arrive
