Intermediate Reborn

Eligibility: Artists in this category should have a solid understanding of the reborning process.

Judging Criteria:

• Quality and Execution: Demonstrates a solid level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Skin Tones: Realistic skin tones with visible layers and depth.

• Mottling: Realistic mottling with proper layering and depth.

• Weighting: Properly weighted for a realistic feel.

• Nose and Nails: Nose must be shaded or drilled; nails should be tipped and sealed.

• Veining: Realistic veining with depth and an under-the-skin appearance.

• Marks: Realistic birthmarks, scratches, or other baby marks (if present).

• Eyelashes: Eyelashes should be rooted or applied in a natural shape.

• Eyebrows: Painted or rooted eyebrows should be in a natural growth pattern.

• Blushing and Creases: Well-blended blushing and creases with no paint pooling.

• Hair: Hair should be rooted and/or painted, with natural patterns and no bald spots. Hair should be styled naturally for the baby’s age and rooted with direction.

• Overall Aesthetic: The overall presentation should reflect intermediate skills and attention to detail.

• Adherence to Rules: Ensure all contest rules are followed and completed.
